Fail to Plan OR Plan To Fail

This week I have done all of my prep work for my breakfast and lunch. I will admit that it takes time, but it is so worth the time and efffort. I made my protein shakes for Monday, Tueday, and Wednesday.Thursday and Friday I will eat protein bars instead of having protein shakes. I also made up my lunch for the rest of the week. This assists me in keeping on track. Thursday, Friday, and Saturaday are my gym days for the week.

Homemade granola bars... Delish! (oats, skim milk, peanut butter, peanuts, dried cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips mix together and freeze then cut in squares.

Kids Menu or half Serving with dining out

I finally got a chance to go to the gym today... Thank God I am getting back on schedule.. New month, new goals.. How about my daughter wanted a burger after the gym..bc she had not eaten since lunch.. We went to Gary's hamburgers.. Got her a burger, of course I had to get one also.. So proud of my self ate 1/4 of the burger and a couple of frys.. Brought the rest home.. It dawned on Me that instead if ordering a kids meal for my daughter, I should have ordered one combo and we split it.. Because it is not productive for me to have that burger in the refrigerator .. If the burger was my treat for the day, then I would not have any left overs.. Well anyway, since having surgery, when you eat out, do u split  the meals with your family members or do you order off of the kids meal? We generally do not eat out a lot... Hum just a thought.. Gradually changing my way of thinking for the better!!
