Labor Day food experiment
This is a late upload... Labor Day I made some Black beans and sweet potatoes slider burgers. I saw the recipe in Kroger and decided to give it a shot. I used black beans, sweet potatoes, and pepper jack cheese. I added a little bit of breadcrumbs to keep the burger together along with an egg. Put it on a slider bun with some ketchup and mustard... Very tasty!
