It's My Birthday!!!

Yeah baby!!! It's my birthday and I am 40 years young!!!! This opens a new chapter in my life: 40 is the new 20. I am confident in who I am as a person, I most definitely never ever sweat the small stuff, always keep God FIRST!! Life is all about living, enjoying, and loving. I embrace being 40 with open arms, I anticipate with the future will hold for me.With gusto,  I shall leap forward!

Meal prep

Lately my favorite veggie has been zucchini squash and yellow squash. I take  a little bit of olive oil,a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper and sauté it... Yummy! I take the squash,and I put it in half cup containers. Therefore, I have my Veggies prepped for the week. Do you meal prep? It save me a lot of time, and also assist me in making healthy choices.

 It’s year 13 and I must pause to reflect, refocus, and keep moving forward.  Every year around this time I reflect upon how my gastric bypass has changed my life. Has it always been easy? “NOPE”‼️.
